Healing has a rhythm — Suzi Brown helps you find it.
Suzi Brown is an independent singer-songwriter, guitarist, and social advocate based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, known for transforming life experience into soulful, high-energy live performances. A world-traveled musician and social worker, Suzi has performed across Australia, Europe, and Southeast Asia — from vibrant Bangkok bars to open-air festivals and U.S. college stages. Her career bridges cultures, causes, and genres, making her a standout voice in contemporary acoustic music and social impact performance.
A survivor of gun violence and a former social worker in Thailand, Suzi’s mission reaches beyond the stage. Through her project Riff for Reform, she uses music as a tool for healing, dialogue, and community connection - engaging audiences in meaningful reflection on social justice, resilience, and hope. Her performances blend storytelling, activism, and artistry, creating experiences that are both deeply personal and universally resonant.
Suzi’s signature sound - a fusion of rhythmic, percussive guitar and emotive vocal delivery -reflects her ethnomusicology background and years as a studio and session musician. She’s shared stages with acclaimed artists such as Sixpence None the Richer, Keller Williams, Kaki King, and the Indigo Girls, captivating listeners with authenticity and technical mastery.
Equally at home in intimate listening rooms, college campuses, and large-scale festival stages, Suzi Brown offers unforgettable performances that inspire, uplift, and unite. Her music invites audiences to lean in, listen deeply, and discover that healing has a rhythm - and together, we can find it.
